Do it right:

Grip wide, palms forward

Sit tall, core tight, slight lean back

Pull bar to upper chest, elbows down

Squeeze lats hard at the bottom

Control the return β€” no slamming!

🚫 Don’t:

Pull behind your neck

Swing or use momentum

Shrug shoulders up
